Headline tour with support from Mewithoutyou, Teen Suicide, and Museum Mouth.
“As a gigantic fan of mewithoutYou, I’m still stoked that we’ve become not only peers and frequent collaborators – but close friends,” shares Say Anything mastermind vocalist, lyricist, and musician Max Bemis. “It’s rare to find a band whose live show and body of work “fits” as well with ours as theirs. This tour will be charged with energy and I’m already excited to get it started.”
Opening the tour is Museum Mouth, Bemis’ latest signing to Rory Records, his personal imprint label within Equal Vision Records. Museum Mouth will release a new full-length this year, with details to be announced soon. Museum Mouth offers a unique blend of lo-fi indie rock with grungy pop undertones, and is comprised of vocalist/drummer Karl Kuehn, guitarist Graham High, and bassist Kory Urban.
“Museum Mouth is a game-changing band for me as a fan of punk and indie rock,” Bemis has declared. “The mixture of “actually mature” humor and self-deprecation with cathartic, forward thinking energy and sonic choices, makes them a great band to represent a generation of smart kids with complex feelings that need to be addressed, but don’t want to be bored to tears in doing so. Karl as a songwriter and frontman is as unique as any I’ve come across and listening to this band makes me want to just dance my heart out. Add this to the fact that Karl is among a very rare breed of punk rock frontmen to unapologetically defy the sexual stereotype of the sullen, whiny heterosexual male, and I think it’s easy to see why I had to sign this band and recommend them to any listener who craves music that’s authentic, immediate and brilliant.”
The upcoming tour follows the highly successful anniversary tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of Say Anything’s …is a Real Boy and the band’s memorable Summer venture that featured accompaniment from a live string quartet to their full band set up, supporting Hebrews – the band’s fifth studio album overall and second studio album released on Equal Vision Records.
Featured in Say Anything’s upcoming Spring tour lineup will be Parker Case (keys, guitar), Kenny Bridges (guitar), Reed Murray (drums), Garron DuPree (bass) and of course, Max Bemis (vocals).
Say Anything has sold over half a million albums of their discography and traveled the world countless times over, performing with bands such as Thrice, Manchester Orchestra and more.
Sound Rink pre-sales for Say Anything’s headline tour are on sale today at 12pm local time on sayanything.shofetti.com. Public on sale will go live on January 15 at 12pm local time.

We’re working on a new song for… something. Years ago, we embraced the cliche of having a bunch of people yell along to the choruses of our punks songs. We haven’t done it in a while, so we decided if we’re going to bring it back, we’d like to employ the best yellers in the business: you guys, who have proven your yell-y mettle at show after show.
So basically here’s the instructions on how to join the giant gang of folks who are going to yell on this new song. We’ll take submissions this week (Dec 1st – 6th).
Step 1 Download the “guide file” below
Step 2 Open audio file in the Audio Workstation of your choice (Garageband, Logic, Pro Tools, etc.)
Step 3 Record your vocal to a single new track (don’t get too close to the mic)
Step 4 Mute the original guide track
Step 5 Export file to one of the following formats: WAV, AAC, AIFF
Step 6 Change filename to your first and last name
Step 7 Upload your new file using the form below:
Send your yelling to us and then when you yell along to the song at our show, you’ll be yelling along to your own vocals. Yell.
Download the gang vocal part:
Upload File here: https://www.cloudwok.com/u/Gdnq
p.s. Make sure use your name as the filename (john_doe.wav). At some point, we’ll post them. Thanks!

SAY ANYTHING TO PERFORM WITH FULL BAND & SPECIAL LIVE STRING QUARTET ACCOMPANIMENT
MAR 31 – Following the highly successful anniversary tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of Say Anything’s …is a Real Boy, the band has now announced their next major venture: a full US Summer headliner performing with accompaniment from a live string quartet and a full band with guitars. Supporting Say Anything on the five week run will be Modern Baseball, Cymbals Eat Guitars, and Hard Girls.
The upcoming tour will be Say Anything’s official tour in support of Hebrews – the band’s fifth studio album overall and second studio album released on Equal Vision Records, which exclusively featured all string arrangements, instead of guitars. This tour will be the first time the songs have been performed live with strings.
Say Anything, fronted by mastermind vocalist, lyricist, and musician Max Bemis, has sold over half a million albums of their discography and traveled the world countless times over, performing with bands such as Thrice, Manchester Orchestra and more. This past September, a live performance by the band was also recently featured on NBC’s Last Call with Carson Daly.
Ducat King presales for Say Anything’s headline tour are on sale today at 12pm local time on SayAnything.ducatking.com. Public on sale will go live on April 3 at 12pm local time.
