All Choked Up is such a good song... I'm so happy to see someone recognize it! The recording is so crappy, but it's so raw and the lyrics, as always, are great...

YeaIamMe - yeah there was a massive amount of guest singers... but it's all good cause he put Gerard Way on there too! MCR and Say Anything... it's almost too good to be true. The only reason I ever heard about say Anything is cause Kerrang! put together a cd of MCR's influences and 'Alive with the Glory Of Love' was on there.

But anyways, favourite song...hmmmm....

'About Falling' i guess.... you can have it fast with the cd version or slow with the YouTube version... plus it's a beautiful song

WOOWWW, thats actually a really hard question. Depends if your counting "...is" and "...was" or not, but seeing the responses im guessing not. I dont really have a fav but if i had to choose a top five id have to choose have at thee, about falling, that is why, vexed, and it would be a hard battle for the fifth spot but i guess id say spores would win out. BTW, those are in no particular order.

my favorite song changes almost weekly, or along with my mood.
currently, it's "about falling," because i'm pissed at my exboyfriend, and that song pretty much sums up everything i think and feel about him.

plus it gets me in the mood to throw stuff.

Ahhh! I completely agree with 'xcountrymtnbike5'!!! I love Say Anything, and I really do enjoy most of the album, but I have to say that the slower songs are just too much for me. I haven't even been able to bring myself to listen to all of "Goodbye Young Tutor You've Now Outgrown Me"
I also don't quite understand the need for that many guest appearances...especially that girl from Paramore, her voice pains me.

I like your comment about reposting due to a change. Overall I like the album, minus the slow songs I really don't get anything from...like "Goodbye Young Tutor You've Now Outgrown Me". They just feel wrong to me, and, I'm sorry, Max, its a bit too sappy for my tastes. My favorite songs at the moment are:
1) "You're the Wanker if Anyone Is" this is because I can relate to it at the time and it just makes me feel like the situation is going to improve. I just wish i could play it for my ex boyfriend and say "dude, you need to leave me alone right now"
2) "Skinny, Mean Man" I have truly liked this song since it came out. Not only because it has a bitter-sweet mood, but it just flows. I like the line "stretch your fractured pretzel spine...out to take your revenge for the crime" BRILLIANT!!! Definately not a sketchy opening song! My praise is yours, Say Anything...you never fail to amaze me
3) "Sorry Dudes, My Bad" Being on a cycling team and a mountain bike racer, I have many moments where I would just love to be back in my van. To Max, what a wonderful way to embrace a situation. Love it! We all have break-down moments and its just the feeling of safeness and security...we all want to be "back in the van" sometimes.
