I got my cd in the mail on friday, and i haven't stopped listening to it yet. The CD is so diverse and different than anything out there. An example is going from "No Soul" to "That is Why," which I kind of compare to "Woe" on IARB. What I find amazing is the the fact that out of 27 songs, there is only 1 song that i'm not crazy about. When is the last time you bought a double-disc and was impressed with the whole thing? I also like the fact that even though there is a kick ass list of guests, it doesn't overpower Max's part. If anything, its really hard to make out the guest vocals on some songs. Some of my favorites so far are "We Killed it," "In Defense of the Genre," "Have at Thee!," "Retarded in Love," and "Plea." I still pop in IARB like every 2 weeks at least, and this album will be no different(after the first few months, when i listen to it every day). I'm already looking forward to the next album haha. And to anyone putting up negative posts, thats fine if you don't like their stuff, but to knock it when a band tries to make something original is just stupid. You guys rock, keep it up!

Say Anything never ceases to amaze me...when I think I have found my favorite song on the album, I discover another that I have not given the credit it deserves...it is a never ending cycle that has pwned my musical tastes >.<
i have to say,
i'm jewish, and when i saw the song called "Shiksa" i seriously laughed out loud.
and i'm in class right now and people were looking at me.
it was hilarious.
the song called "Died A Jew" made me laugh too.

Max is the man.
Listening to the new album is like diving into Max Bemis' mind. Absolutley amazing. The story and the lyrics are so intense and incredible. Geust appearances make me smile and are terrificly casted, and perfectly placed. I want to see defense of a genre the rock musical on stage at the next say anything show i go to. Holy poop. If you excuse me, i have to go change my pants.
Max and gang, feel better! I know your little wrists are hurting from all that signing, I wouldn't want your playing to be affected when you come play your show here!
My autograph points to the identification number of the album? Still havn't figured that one out.

I didn't think Max could shine brighter in my eyes...great honest lyrics he writes.

Max you should be illegal because your band is so damned catchy!!!
I like the slower songs, like Plea and Goodbye Young Tutor. The songs are so heart wrenching, and in classic SA style, full of sexual innuendos and broken hearts!
