I have been a fan of Say Anything since 2000 when I met Max through an ex-girlfriend. She would talk to Coby and I later, I got in touch with Max through AOL. I bought "In Your Dreams" off him along with a shirt. Who know back then that Say Anything would gain this much success? I am happy for him! I followed his career buy purchasing "Baseball" of him and then downloaded "Menorah/Majora off the internet (I made my own cover for it), then found out they were signed to Doghouse Records and got their CD Sampler that had new material. I did finally get to meet him (Me being from PA) when Say Anything opened for Dashboard Confessional at Messiah College in PA back in 2003 before "...Is A Boy" came out. I did get "For Sale" at the show and he signed it for me. I wore this shirt to the show and he was so blown away that someone from the East Coast have one. After telling him who I was and how I got it (from him) he remembered me and we talked for a while, was a great time.
