Back when myspace wasn't a ghostown and I for some reason used it, I found Walk Through Hell as a free download on some random account. It was on my ipod for awhile and would come up in shuffle a lot. I think it was in '06. It was when they were on the cover of AP about a year later that I recognized who they were. The article made them more than just a name on my ipod to me. I appreciated it, It was a good story. So I started looking up more of their music and listened to it on and off until I inevitably became as in love with them as I am now. I, too, sometimes wish I was there to experience their beginnings, but I still love their entire discography just the same. For sure one of my favorite bands.

I was watching music videos one summer and Alive With the Glory of Love came on and I fell in love with their sound. I hadn't heard anything like it. And Max's voice became my favorite voice of all time right then and there. I downloaded Is a Real Boy off of iTunes right away and I've been a huge fan ever since.

I asked my ex if she could give me any bands that i might like (i was getting tired of what i was listening to) so she showed me woe, wow i can get sexual to, alive with the glory of love and i want to know your plans. i immediately fell in love with this band

I heard wow i can get sexual too and alive with the glory of love from a friend, but i hadn't really gotten a chance to listen to them much even though i loved those songs. I really got into them though when my (first and only) girlfriend, who i had just asked to go on with me (like 45 minutes ago) while on the bus back home from a trip from Sacramento. apparently i was really gitty because she had me listen to Shiska because she said i reminded her of this song.

I found them all thanks to scrubs, in that small 30 seconds of music, i found a band that revolutionised my music, the best band that has happened to industry. Say Anything <3

One day my sister showed me the video to wow I can get sexual too and I was like who's that hottie. I liked the song too : P Then I stole all of her Say Anything music and fell in love.

When I was in 8th grade I use to think SA was just another scene band and I really didn't like them until my friend showed me Alive with the glory of love and I was hooked then on. I started realizing that my sister had some other songs on our computer like a walk through hell, i can get sexual and I thought it was all amazing. After listening to Alive and walk through hell, it made remember all my boyhood fantasies of falling in love and giving my life for that girl.

My sister's boyfriend bought her ...IARB and ...WARB the day the album[s] came out. She listened to it a little but I stole it from her to listen to while I walked to school. I started out hating the entire second half of the CD but as I listened to it more and more it grew on me. Then I looked up some of their newer music [In Defense was already out]. After I got all caught up, I began trying to find their older stuff and I can honestly say that Say Anything has been my favorite band for a few years now. I know there are people who have been following them from the beginning and all I can say is that I'm jealous because I wish I were there to experience it too.

I'm pretty lame, I didn't find out about SA until a IDOTG came out. I went to Warped Tour with my good friend Jared and he was really excited to see them. I kinda skimmed past because I didn't really know them at the time but he bought both Defense CDS and leant them to me. I wasn't completely hooked until I had a bad break up and went back to listen to something that I felt I could relate to. SA is the kinda band you have to know a bit of heartbreak to understand and fully appreciate. Then I worked my way back listening to all the old stuff too and just fell in love. This was 2007 I think?

I was on youtube and i asked my girlfriend at the time for something to listen to and was instintly hooked by Wow, I Can Get Sexual Too.
