How do all of you feel about Eisley?(for those somehow unaware, Bemis's wife, Sherri DuPree, is a lead singer for the band) I downloaded their discography last night and I'm really enjoying it.

Anyone heard of fun.? I just got Aim and Ignite off of Amazon and I've been enjoying it.

bowerbirds, lightspeed champion, au revoir simone, page france, tilly and the wall, anything ben gibbard or jenny lewis makes... just to name a few to get the general idea.
the smashing pumpkins? one of my all-time faves, too.

yep. manny o is excellent. i really enjoy folksy music, so i'm honestly a bigger fan of andy hull's side project right away great captain. but as far as newer shit goes some of my favorites are mansions, owen, illinois, the honorary title, weatherbox, anything from anthony green, piebald, good old war, vendetta red, old crow medicine show,and i know it may be a bit cliche coming from a bemis fan but i love saves the day. i listen to the beatles more than anything else though.

The Gaslight Anthem is awesome... I'm going to see them live in about a week. Haven't heard much of their old stuff, but I love The 59 Sound.
