It was very different from his previous albums and it just shows that Max can write amazing lyrics with a rainbow of emotions. With mountains climbed and some horrible life obstacles overcome he emerged with a whole new look on life. This exploded onto paper and into his songs. Overall I think this was a huge step up from Say Anything's previous music. Max Bemis, you are truly a genius. Say Anything's music is just getting better and better as the years roll by. Next stop, the sky. Keep up your infinite awesomeness. Permalink
